The music of Infesum label projects may be used in stage productions, videos, broadcasts, advertising and other projects only with the prior written permission of the rights holder or under a separate licence agreement.

Terms of use
- The rates listed are base reference licensing terms and may vary depending on the project, the licence term, the number of works, the distribution format and the scope of rights granted.
- The music of Infesum projects may be used only after prior written approval from the rights holder. Publishing the rates on this website does not grant any right to use the works.
- The availability of the works on official platforms (YouTube, VK and others) does not grant third parties any right to use them for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial listening.
- Payment made after actual use does not automatically grant any rights and does not legitimise prior unlicensed use without a separate written agreement with the rights holder.
- Any use of the works without prior written approval infringes the exclusive rights of the rights holder. In that case the rights holder may demand, in addition to immediate cessation of use and removal of the materials, payment of compensation determined individually in each case, which may be several times higher than the base rates on this page. These rates apply only to use agreed in advance and do not limit the rights holder’s claims for an infringement already committed.
